Also, the people’s deputies approved the recommendations of the Rada on budgetary policy.
“The Cabinet of Ministers to prepare and submit to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on the state budget of Ukraine for 2022, taking into account the recommendations of the Verkhovna Rada on budgetary policy,” the resolution says.
What does the declaration provide
A budget declaration is the government’s vision of fiscal policy over the medium term.
According to the document, the growth of the Ukrainian economy will be 3.8% in 2022, 4.7% in 2023 and 5.0% in 2024.
State budget revenues in 2022 should be at the level of UAH 1,219.6 billion, in 2023 – UAH 1,333.2 billion, in 2024 – UAH 1,451.6 billion.
The document stipulates that the average monthly gross salary of employees will be: in 2022 – UAH 15,258, in 2023 – UAH 17,159, in 2024 – UAH 19,063.
