Microsoft Brings Windows to Cloud via New Service

MENLO PARK, iNews.id – Microsoft have used the cloud in some of their apps and services such as Office 365, OneDrive, and its Xbox gaming platform. Now, the company is getting ready to bring its entire Windows operating system to the cloud as they have officially announced Windows 365.

Windows 365 is not the latest version of the operating system. Instead, it’s a service that will put Windows 10 into the cloud. This means that you can stream Windows wherever you are, as quoted from Ubergizmo.

Currently Microsoft has positioned the service as more aimed at enterprise users. In today’s situation, where people are working from home, Windows 65 will allow companies to grant access to remote workers without having to provide them with special hardware or set up a VPN.

Since all data can be synced, you can work from home on a virtual office PC. Then, when you switch to another device, all your settings, apps, and files are there too, as quoted from The Verge.
