The worst that the Portland Trail Blazers could imagine is happening. While they had managed to get their hands on a genuine superstar in the person of Damian Lillard and that the latter had sworn loyalty to the franchise which had trusted him, it would seem that the current imbroglio around the choice of the new coach has largely shaken the relationship of trust between the club and its nugget.

Even if the Blazers did indeed agree to pick up the phone when they saw Morey call, we imagine that they would not be satisfied with Ben Simmons alone and that they would do their utmost to try to compensate for the potential departure of their player franchise, but the only one. idea of seeing Damian Lillard and Joel Embiid coexist within the same group is enough to give ideas to the management of the Sixers and their fans.
