In the Zhytomyr region, a 15-year-old girl is suspected of killing a 14-year-old boy, whose body was found the day before in the Korostensky district. On Wednesday, July 14, the press service of the regional police reported.

It is noted that stab wounds to the chest and neck were found on the victim’s body.

“In the course of priority measures, the police collected evidence of involvement in the murder of a 15-year-old resident of the village of Shatrishche. It was preliminary established that the previous evening at about 8 pm in an abandoned building (where the guy was found) they met and a conflict arose between them,” the message says. …

According to the head of the GUNP of the region, Yuri Oleinik, the girl changed her versions several times, so the motives for the murder will be established in the course of further investigation. During investigative actions from the scene and from the courtyard of the suspect, the police seized evidence of her involvement in the crime.

It is previously known that recently she had hostile relations with the deceased young man.

The police are now identifying possible accomplices in the crime. The suspect was detained, she was announced on suspicion of premeditated murder. The girl could face up to 15 years in prison.
