In the spring of this year, a singer and songwriter came out Ivo Fomina the latest studio album “Cilvēks”, which includes such songs that have already been heard on radio stations such as “Let it burn!”, “Far is closer”, “Always”, the most current song of the moment “Tu man esi” and the album’s title song “Cilvēks”. Now Ivo introduces his listeners to the song “Day or Night” and announces the dates and places of the concert series.

Ivo Fomins: “It was not easy to choose which of the songs on the new album to update, because there are several more potential songs in the album. After long discussions, we came to “Day or Night”, which is one of the most rhythmically active, as well as the most relevant in terms of the message of the song. The song is about people’s confusion and inability to make the right choices. This, too, is a time for the world to make choices, and often, such hesitation poses problems for fellow human beings. ”
To support and promote the new album, Ivo Fomins is also going on a small concert tour and will be seen August 7 in Saldus, August 13 in Valmiera, August 14 in Aluksne, August 20 in Cesis a August 21 in Jelgava.
Co-author and publisher of the song “Day or Night” Guntars Račs: “I am glad that Ivo, despite the difficult situation and limitations, was not afraid to go on a concert tour, because it is there that it is best to enjoy the power of the new songs. I also plan to take part in one of the concerts myself, because Ivo has made such a proposal. Then we will see!”
Long-term members of the Ivo group also took part in the recording of the album – Roberts Dinters (guitar), who is also a co-producer of the album, Kristaps Eihvalds (bass) un Erik Hanzowski (drums).
