Define the strategy of the company and the organization of work
– Define the objectives of the fund and relay the orientations of the Management
– Manage and animate the Beneficiary Management / Precariousness (C2S and ASS) / Health Support Mission (MAS) units to maintain or improve the quality of customer service
– Analyze the results and propose actions to maintain or improve performance and quality of life at work
– Measure and evaluate collective and individual activity, qualitatively and quantitatively, in compliance with national and local objectives and indicators
– Have a role of alert, initiative and be a source of proposals to promote the optimization of the organization of units
– Support employees in the process of detecting and anticipating situations of incomprehension and non-recourse to rights and care (MAS)
– Carry out the actions defined by the CNAM on the “Go To” and enrich them
– Develop internal and external partnerships in collaboration with the DADS partnerships referent
– Lead or participate in internal and external partner meetings (CDCA, MDA Compensation Fund, expression of users, COPIL, CODIREL, COPIL CPG, etc.)
– Implement projects related to the process
Manage teams
– Manager in collaboration with the Deputy Head of the GBEN (Basic rights), Precariousness (C2S and ASS) and MAS units
– Ensure the evaluation of its employees and support them in the development of their skills
– Contribute to the quality of working life of teams
– Support the deployment of teleworking
Ensure the technical missions:
– Analyze, complete and update the pole’s repositories (Basic Rights, C2S, ASS) in connection with the national process repositories, accounts closing file, performance review
–
