The Jean-Bron (open-air, rue Lazare-Carnot, in the city center) and des Dauphins (covered, avenue Esmonin, at la Villeneuve) swimming pools have been open to the public since June 19. But since Monday, June 28, you have to reserve your time slot. A decision taken after several incidents (especially Monday, June 21 but also the weekend of June 26 and 27), which forced the City to lower the gauges, and to change the access system. The reservation is made directly on the website www.grenoble.fr , section “daily life / culture sports leisure / sports facilities / swimming pools / municipal swimming pools”. You can choose either in the morning (9 am / 2 pm for Jean-Bron, or 8 am / 1 pm for the Dauphins), or in the afternoon (3 pm / 8 pm at Jean-Bron, 2 pm / 7 pm at the Dauphins). Reservations can be made up to three days before, at the rate of one time slot per day and per person reserving (for a maximum of 5 people). You must of course leave your contact details, and do not forget to have an identity document with you when going to the swimming pool – as well as a mask, of course, that you keep until the locker rooms.
