Ferrari adds six units sold in Chile in the first half of the year

The sports car company Ferrari has sold six units in the country between January and June, according to data from the National Automotive Association of Chile.

In the same period last year, the Italian firm -represented in Chile by SKBergé Luxury- had sold three cars in the local market, to then increase its sales and close all of 2020 with eight units placed.

For decades, Ferrari has focused on scarcity as a way to maintain the value of its unique vehicles.

However, in recent years, the Italian automaker is trying to increase its sales figures. That means attracting more people with a wider range of vehicles, which has lowered the entry value of the Italian brand’s models.

Another of the companies that make high-end cars and that has expanded its range to add new customers is Rolls-Royce, which launched an SUV called Cullinan, which is worth more than US $ 500 thousand.

The brand, according to ANAC data, has managed to sell a unit of this model in Chile so far this year.
