ZARA Tindall had to wipe blood from a seat at Wembley Stadium after her husband Mike broke up a fight between two rowdy England fans.
The royal, 40, pulled out a handkerchief from her purse to clean up the mess just before kickoff.
Former rugby ace Mike, 42, intervened after a spectator received a punch and broke his nose.
A source told The Sun: “Tensions had heated up a bit near where Zara and Mike were sitting because there were so many people there.
“Two fans ended up in a punch and Mike had to step in to save the day.
“He stood between them and separated them before the flight attendants could control them.
“Unfortunately, blood got near Zara and she had to use a handkerchief to mop it up.
“It was absolute chaos. Wembley was very lucky that Mike was able to take control of the chaos.
It happened after ticketless fans managed to breach security to enter Wembley.
Security and police abducted those who entered.
Wembley Stadium confirmed there had been “an incident” involving a “small group of people”.
