Rhône. State of natural disaster recognized in 17 municipalities

The state of natural disaster was recognized in 17 communes of the Rhône and the metropolis of Lyon following differential ground movements following the drought and the
soil rehydration.

As of this Friday, July 9, the victims have ten days to send their insurance company a statement of their losses and thus receive compensation.

The municipalities concerned are Dracé, Lentilly, Sain-Bel and Saint-Germain-au-Mont-d’Or for the land movements that occurred between April 1, 2020 and September 30, 2020.

For land movements from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020, the municipalities concerned are: Alix, Brignais, Brindas, Bully, Caluire-et-Cuire, Champagne-au-Mont-d’Or, Chasselay, Chessy, Fleurieux-sur -l’Arbresle, Lozanne, Pommiers, Saint-Didier-au-Mont-d’Or and Villefranche-sur-Saône.
