The Oberstdorfer in the BMW surprisingly prevailed on Saturday at the spectacular ePrix in New York against the French Jean-Eric Vergne (Techeetah). Günther, who started from fourth position, only took the lead shortly before the end. Lucas di Grassi (Brazil / Audi) completed the podium. The three-time DTM champion Rene Rast (Minden / Audi), who started from position 22, made up twelve positions in the tenth race of the season and ended up in tenth place.
