Since the beginning of June, all sports venues have been subject to the health pass once the limit of 1000 spectators is reached (since June 30 there is no longer a limit of 5000). Find out everything there is to know about the measure put in place by the government.
The health pass includes three types of proof: a negative test certificate, a certificate of positive test of at least 15 days and less than 6 months or a vaccination certificate. Each of these certificates will be encoded as a QR Code.
Depending on the user’s choice, the pass may take the form of a paper or digital medium, via the TousAntiCovid application.
The three types of proof that can be provided
1. The negative test certificate within 48 hours
Will be admitted the results of RT-PCR and antigen tests, provided they are certified with a QR Code readable by the TousAntiCovid Verif application. On the other hand, the results of self-tests will be refused because their conditions are not supervised by a healthcare professional does not guarantee reliability of their result, nor that of the identity of the pass holder.
2. The positive test certificate dated at least 15 days and less than 6 months
Only the RT-PCR and antigen test results certified with QR Code will be admitted. A positive test automatically becomes a certificate of reinstatement when it is older 15 days after the debit and will be valid up to 6 months after the date of the debit.
3. The vaccination certificate attesting to a diagram complete vaccine
People will also be able to present a certificate of vaccination attesting to a complete vaccination schedule. This certificate, which can be retrieved in hard copy from the healthcare professional who performed the vaccination, can also be downloaded from the portal https://attestation-vaccin.ameli.fr of Health Insurance. Access to the portal is made with Ameli identifiers or a connection France Connect.
How will the health pass be controlled?
To be verified by authorized persons, the certificates have a QR Code to flash using the TousAntiCovid Verif application, separate from the TousAntiCovid application. This app is available for free on the Apple or Android stores.
Once the QR Code has been flashed, the authorized person will see: the surname, first name and date of birth of the inspected person; a “valid / invalid” statement informing him of the possibility of the person being checked to surrender or not in the place or at the event. Proof of identity must also be requested.
The organizers of the events will be authorized to carry out a control of the health pass
Who does the health pass apply to?
The health pass only applies to people aged over 11 included (consistent with with the recommended age for performing RT-PCR tests). The calculation of the threshold of 1000, on the other hand, includes people under the age of 11.
In addition, it will only apply to public welcomed and not to employees, organizers or professionals performing in the places or events considered.
