Psychologist Joice Manurung contacted by Insertlive explained that Nia’s condition before being arrested could indicate that she had taken drugs.
Nia’s physical characteristics are also in accordance with some of the characteristics of drug addicts, especially the type of methamphetamine.
“In general, they don’t get hungry quickly, their appetite goes down. So if you look at them physically they are thinner. Then their faces are more cheerful, so they smile more, laugh more, and are more active in their physical activities,” said Joyce Manurung when met in North Jakarta, Thursday (8/7).
In addition to Instagram uploads, Nia’s video hosting an event with Raffi Ahmad at the end of January also again highlighted. In the video that went viral, Nia was suspected of being under the influence of drugs.
Joyce Manurung revealed that she could not confirm whether at that time Ardi Bakrie’s wife was under the influence of methamphetamine. However, Nia’s condition is quite suitable for the characteristics of a user.
“Indeed I can’t be sure, but if we look at some of the characteristics I mentioned, for example, loss of focus, this usually occurs when there is a withdrawal condition. So maybe for a day or two he doesn’t get (meth) his concentration starts to interfere, he said. can not connect with the surroundings,” said Joyce.
“So when he’s asked to do something, he can’t come up with a proper way, maybe even irrelevant to what it should be,” he continued.
Nia Ramadhani arrested for drugs at his residence in the Pondok Pinang area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (7/7). From the arrests, the police confiscated evidence of 0.78 grams of crystal methamphetamine and a smoking bong.
Apart from Nia, her husband Ardi Bakrie and his personal driver with the initials ZN were also arrested.
All three had a urine test and tested positive for methamphetamine. They have also been named suspects in drug abuse cases.
