Sobolenková started the match with a clean game in the first game, but Plíšková also kept her own serve.
Until the state of 5: 5, the players guarded the points during their own service, although especially Plíšková worked out breakballs several times.
At 5: 5, Plíšková had three breakballs, but she did not use the score of 40: 0, and at 40: 40, the hawk’s eye also helped Belarus.
Finally, she raised to 6: 5 and turned the first break in the 12th game at 30:40 to gain the first set.
Plíšková did not use up to 8 breakball balls in the first set, Sobolenková was the only one at the same time a setball and she used it thanks to the double mistake of the Czech tennis player.
Plíšková broke Sobolenka’s service at 2: 2. Subsequently, with a clean game in the 6th game, he got into the lead 4: 2 and later also 5: 3.
Although Sobolenková reduced to 4: 5 during her service, despite the interim score of 0:30 in the 10th game, Plíšková finally guarded the service and equalized to 1: 1.
Plíšková started the third act with a break, thanks to which she got into the lead 2: 0 after the subsequent clean game. A similarly sovereign gem was subsequently demonstrated by Sobolenková – 2: 1.
Both subsequently performed several attractive exchanges, and with mutually successful services, Plíšková approached the victory at 5: 3. However, Sobolenka was again held by the serve, thanks to two aces and a clean game, she adjusted to 4: 5, but she did not reach the turnaround.
