Batanghari, Gatra.com – The oxygen stock at the HAMBA Muara Bulian Hospital, Batanghari Regency, Jambi is still sufficient to meet the needs of Covid-19 patients while undergoing treatment.
Director of HAMBA Hospital, dr. Hermina Basrie confirmed Gatra.com said that apart from sufficient oxygen stock, the availability of medicines in hospitals belonging to this area is complete. “Until now (oxygen) is still sufficient, although not too much,” he said via WhatsApp message, Thursday (8/7).
He admitted that he had written to the samator to always provide oxygen for HAMBA Hospital so that it would not run out of oxygen. Currently, the number of Covid-19 patients is 48. “Depending on the number of patients or not, we use a large tank, 1 tank can be a week if there are many patients,” he said.
Large oxygen is only intended for Covid-19 ICU (Intensive Care Unit) patients. The large tank can hold 3,700 m3 of oxygen. The large oxygen cylinder contains 6 m3, he said, equivalent to 6,000 liters of gas. “We are supplied with various gases through the samator. The medicine is complete and God willing, it will be sufficient,” he said.
