DANA Presents DANApprentice to Support Kemendikbudristek’s Independent Campus

DANA today conveyed its commitment to support the program Independent Campus from Kemendikbudristek (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia) by presenting DANApprentice, an internship program. Independent Campus is part of the Independent Learning policy organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture to provide opportunities for students to hone their abilities according to their talents and interests by going directly into the world of work as preparation for future careers. Through DANApprentice, selected students will take part in an internship program at DANA.

“DANApprentice held as a form of our responsibility as industry players to support the world of education in preparing and developing the competencies of future Indonesian financial technology industry talents,” said Agustina Samara (Chief People & Corporate Strategy Officer). DANA). “In addition to complementing the knowledge they have acquired on campus, what do they gain from DANApprentice will strengthen their competitiveness as human resources who are ready to answer the needs of the industry,” he said again.

DANA believes that the financial technology industry is part of the digital industry which will be the main supporter of the realization of Indonesia’s grand vision, which is to become one of the world’s largest digital economy powers by 2045. DANA added that the main key to achieving that vision is Indonesian digital talent who is able to compete globally. DANA even believe that DANApprentice can help prepare Indonesian digital talent as intended.

DANA provides two choices of fields that can be followed by students who successfully join DANApprentice, namely DANApprentech and DANApprenBiz. As the name suggests, DANApprentech is an internship program in the technology division and DANApprenBiz is an internship program in the business division. Both DANApprentech participants and DANApprenBiz participants will not only get knowledge transfer, but also the opportunity to learn firsthand the various real challenges facing the industry in the real world.

Interestingly, the students who participated DANApprentice will get pocket money every month. In addition, they will also get work facilities such as laptops, accounts e-mail, and internet allowance. Participants who pass will also receive a certificate.

Registration DANApprentice itself is open until July 30, 2021. Those who can register are active students who are in the 5th or 6th semester. Quota DANApprentice is 50 students and the selection of participants is done by DANA. Selected students can follow DANApprentice starting from 23 August 2021.
