Rotterdam – Shaking his head, the neighborhood hairdresser on Van Cittersstraat in Rotterdam, where the possible perpetrator of the attack on Peter R. de Vries lives, stands in front of his hair salon. “I can’t believe it,” he says several times. “I know Delano as a sweet boy. I do not understand anything about it. He was always here laughing, playing and joking with his friends,” says the man, who wishes to remain anonymous.
