Asks 1200 restaurant guests to test themselves

The municipality asks all the 1200 guests who have registered in the infection tracking at Kaffestuggu in Røros to test for corona.

– We encourage you who have been to Kaffestuggu in the period June 29 to July 6 to test you, the municipality writes in a press release.

Two employees at Kaffestuggu have been diagnosed with the infection. They still have an unknown route of transmission.

– Those who have been to Kaffestuggu and who choose to test themselves, do not have to be in the waiting quarantine until test results are available, the municipality writes.

In another press release Thursday morning, Røros municipality writes that one new case of infection has been registered on Thursday, and that there are thus up to six corona infected. The infected person is close contact with a previous infected person.

76 people are now in quarantine in the municipality.

– The crisis management strongly recommends that everyone wears a face mask indoors in a public place at all times, except when eating or drinking, the municipality writes.
