The Angels Dodgers awarded a Minor League contract to the Dominican Neftali Felix and designated for assignment the gardener Steven Souza Jr. on the MLB.

Felix played with the Águilas Cibaeñas in the Dominican League where he had the go-ahead for a Major League organization and he did take the opportunity. Felix has played for the Texas Rangers, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Pistons, Kansas City Royals and the Milwaukee Brewers.
