Mexican actor Jose Luis Reséndez sparked controversy in the internet world for his definition of the term ‘influencers‘, a qualifier that people receive for their great presence and influence on social networks.
Through his Instagram account, the model also attacked internet personalities and their followers whom he called “people without self-esteem.”
“Influencers: Ridiculous people who influence people with low self-esteem who need to be influenced by someone who is more f * cking than them,” the post reads.
His publication has 8,687 likes and 488 comments where his followers supported his definition for internet personalities.
Even from the comments that can be found under his image, Internet users apparently believe that the term used by the representative of Mexico in Mister World 2003 was the correct one.
“Totally true”; “Wise words”; “So real”; “Perfectly well said”; “Much reason”; “Agree with you”; “All right”; “Better said, impossible”; “Correct definition” are just some of the messages that can be found.
It should be mentioned that it is not the first time that Jose Luis Reséndez share a publication of this type, because on several occasions he has shared critical or sarcastic messages in which he refers to himself or other people.
The actor managed to stand out in the entertainment world industry for his character of ‘Teca Martínez’ in the telenovela ‘Señora Acero’, although he put his public life aside by dedicating himself to selling naturist products.
