The new stadium regulation for the Bundesliga is justifiable through tests

Berlin. The SPD health politician Karl Lauterbach considers the planned stadium regulations for the start of the Bundesliga season to be appropriate. “On the whole, I think that’s reasonable,” Lauterbach told the RedaktionsNetzwerk Deutschland (RND).

“I believe that will work that way,” he added. But it is now also a matter of organizing arrival and departure as well as admission so that there is no infection, the doctor demanded.

Lauterbach emphasized that due to the planned compulsory testing for unvaccinated people, the planned utilization of the stadiums with a maximum of 50 percent of the respective audience capacity is acceptable. Without compulsory testing, a capacity utilization of 20 percent would be justifiable, he emphasized.
