Catherine, who, like other members of the court and the court, is tested twice a week, has no complaints. According to Kensington Palace, she adheres to the ten days of home isolation that Brits must observe after contact with a corona patient. Kensington Palace did not disclose when the Duchess met the person who later tested positive. Home isolation may mean Catherine will miss the Wimbledon finals next weekend.
The Duchess is fully vaccinated. At the end of May she got her first shot. Her 39-year-old husband William has also had two vaccinations. He tested positive for corona last April and was severely affected by the virus, according to The Guardian. William continued to work from home, but is said to have had breathing problems for some time.
Prince Charles also contracted the lung virus last year. The 72-year-old Prince of Wales had less severe complaints than his eldest son, but did lose his smell and taste for a while.
