Maccmo: international contemporary art now at the click of a button
Utopa and miracle were words used in their day to define the project of the Museum of Contemporary Art Costa da Morte de Corme. Maccmo is the abbreviated name for the one that was constituted under the name Torre-Pujales Foundation Museum of Contemporary Art Costa da Morte, after the collector Cristina Torre Cervign acquired the building, rehabilitated it and endowed it with her collection of art and work of her husband, the painter Corus Julio Pujales, who died prematurely in 1998. There were not a few odysseys that had to go through, before and after its inauguration, in April 2012, but the artistic heart of this project that was born out of love continues to beat there: When Julio died it was clear to me that my goal was to spread and publicize his work, his widow said in mid-2013. He chose Corme, a small fishing village, because he loved the coast and the Costa da Morte has no equal.

It is a wonderful museum in a stunning place in one of the most beautiful parts of Costa da Morte (Death Coast). I absolutely recommend It.
