Grand Theft Auto 6 would get an ‘evolving map’, which can be adjusted or supplemented after the game’s release. That’s what YouTuber say Tom Henderson en game-journalist Jason Schreier and anonymous sources of VGC.
Previously there were Clues that GTA developer Rockstar preferred a somewhat smaller GTA game that could be expanded later. The popular Fortnite also works in a similar way, and knows how to keep players fascinated for years.

Vice City
GTA 6 would be set in Vice City, a fictional caricature of Miami. The city was previously the main stage of GTA Vice City from 2002. That game was set in the 80s with clear references to films such as Scarface and series such as Miami Vice.
Previous GTA parts continued in fictionalized versions of New York and Los Angeles.

Response to complaints about corporate culture
The new GTA game would not be released until 2024 or 2025, partly because developer Rockstar Games has been criticized for a culture of long overtime. Several studios have been criticized in recent years for so-called ‘crunch’ practices: weeks or months in which staff have to work extremely overtime so that a large game is finished at the promised moment. The corona pandemic would also be a reason that GTA 6 will only be released in three to four years.
Presumably, GTA 6, just like GTA 5, will get both an extensive single-player mode and a multiplayer mode that will remain playable for years, such as the regularly expanded GTA Online. GTA 5 originally appeared in 2013 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and later came to PC, PS4 and Xbox One. A graphically enhanced version of . will be released later this year GTA 5 for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
