Non-repayable alternative grant, go to the questions: the requirements in the Sostegni bis
It’s about a second portion of aid after the non-repayable contributions paid automatically with the Dl Sostegni bis, intended for companies and workers who are still affected by the effects of the economic crisis caused by the pandemic from Covid-19.
The first tranche of payments established in the Sostegni bis Decree provided for the recognition of 100% of the amount received with the Sostegni Decree, without the need to submit the request, to subjects who:
- have an active VAT number as of March 26, 2021 (date of entry into force of the Sostegni bis decree);
- submit an application and obtain recognition of the non-repayable contribution of the Sostegni Decree (art.1 DL n. 41/2021)
- have not received unduly or have not returned this contribution.
Alternatively, a non-repayable grant was arranged for seasonal activities who did not receive it, but also to those who have already had access to the two tranches and who, on the basis of the new requirements, can benefit from a higher amount than that already obtained.
