NEW YORK – New York City residents with a Brooklyn, New York, and Queens Public Library card have the opportunity to enjoy more than 60 cultural institutions across the city for free.
This is given thanks to the program Culture Pass which is a service for New Yorkers who have their card from any of those three libraries to visit the institutions that joined the program.
This initiative wants to give the community the opportunity to learn about different topics when they visit the places. Among those are city museums, public gardens, historical societies, heritage centers, and more.
Individuals who do not have a library card to qualify must be New York State residents or work for a state business or attend school in New York City. People can visit their library’s website to get started.
For those who already have a card, they can visit the following website to see the participating cultural institutions and reserve one of the free tickets. Look here.
