Usbek & Rica – How, through the organization of work, promote cooperation, collaboration and coordination between experts working independently on different but more or less interconnected problems?

1. Each of these experts works in a matrix structure.

2. The idea would be to be able to offer a maximum of opportunities for collaboration and cross-fertilization via the simplest possible structure.

3. Experts must be able to organize themselves to form ad hoc groups to collaborate on common subjects.

Note: Usually this is solved by the addition of reference points of contact, by specialized committees etc … which generates an organizational heaviness, duplication of efforts that one seeks precisely to avoid.

I appeal to collective intelligence through this SOS to feed this problem that I seek to solve.
