Elsa is expected to reach Florida by Tuesday of next week. But Miami’s National Hurricane Center predicts that it will probably weaken to a tropical storm by this time.
Elsa was the first hurricane to form this season. However, usually the first storms form in mid-July, and hurricanes only in the first ten days of August.
