A trust fund does not want to be a co-custodian of Britney Spears’ finances

The private trust fund “Bessemer Trust” has asked to be removed from the custody of the finances of the American singer Britney Spears. The fund is a co-trustee with the father of the pop star Jamie Spears.

The singer is demanding that her parent be removed from custody, although a court in Los Angeles this week rejected the request. During the hearing, which took place in late June this year, she made serious accusations against her parent.

A lawyer for the Bessemer Trust has filed a lawsuit in a Los Angeles court to terminate his participation in the guardianship after the star testified. The stated motive is “change of circumstances”.

The trust fund is a contributor to last year’s $ 60 million financial position. The Bessemer Trust states that they did not take any action with Spears’ finances, as they did not have all the necessary court documents.

Jamie Spears was appointed guardian of the singer in 2008 because of her shaky mental health and drug problems, reminds BTA. Last year, she took legal action to lift custody.
