The Office for Building Construction is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the city’s buildings and facilities. In addition to town halls, schools, kindergartens and other buildings, the area of responsibility also includes the maintenance of urban accommodation facilities.

Your tasks:
- Head of the building maintenance department
- Personnel responsibility for the construction maintenance employees (five employees)
- Budget responsibility for building maintenance funds
- Project processing of building construction projects
- Weiterentwicklung des technischen Gebäudemanagements, Weiterentwicklung des Wartungsmanagements
- Building responsibility for urban buildings
- Perception of the client’s duties
- Coordination and interface coordination with specialist offices and users

Your profile:
- Architect (Dipl.-Ing. Or Master) or civil engineer (m / f / d) with several years of professional experience and initial experience in the area of personnel responsibility and / or team management
- Experience in handling construction projects
- Assertiveness and negotiating skills with everyone involved in the construction
- We assume good IT skills, experience in building management and project control is desirable
