From Friday, July 2nd, 2021, the second episode of the “Cottbuser Podcastkutscher” podcast can be heard on www.cottbus.de/podcast and Spotify. Lord Mayor Holger Kelch talks to Tobias Schick, Managing Director of the Stadtsportbund, and Kay Havenstein, Sport Office of the City of Cottbus / Chóśebuz, about sport under pandemic conditions and gives an outlook on future sporting events. The city’s sports development concept was also discussed. In this regard, there will be online citizen surveys in August and September 2021. Workshops are then held in autumn in which citizens can take part.
In this podcast episode, the mayor and his guests start a so-called challenge. Each of them challenged two people to recite the city-famous tongue twister, which is also the intro of the podcast, three times in quick succession. This nomination is welcome to continue. Anyone can take part and upload their post on Instagram with the city of Cottbus / Chóśebuz (@stadt_cottbus) tagged or send it by email to [email protected].
With the podcast, the city of Cottbus / Chóśebuz is expanding its range of information for citizens with the aim of reaching younger target groups in particular. In future, the podcast will be published every two weeks.
