Right now the whereabouts of Eduardo Ojeda are unknown, but he will be present with his defense tomorrow at the virtual hearing in which it will be determined whether the process continues at liberty or a new arrest warrant is issued.
On April 10, a judge released Eduardo Ojeda after a genetic opinion was presented that indicated that the tests taken from Daniela at the time of the complaint did not coincide with his, that is, they did not there was genetic material from him inside the actress. Now his legal team has requested access to that evidence, but they have been denied it.
