Turin –
Future Cristiano Ronaldo of Juventus continue to speculate. The Bianconeri have now spoken about the fate of their star.
Ronaldo’s contract at Juventus will expire in June 2022. The Old Lady would have to let Ronaldo go this summer in order to earn money.
Releasing Ronaldo could be another advantage for Juventus, namely reducing the club’s spending burden at a time when European football is transitioning from the Corona virus pandemic. Ronaldo is the highest paid player in Serie A.
Federico Cherubini spoke about Ronaldo after being appointed as the new Juventus sporting director with Maurizio Arrivabene as CEO. Cherubini confirmed that there had been no talks from Ronaldo’s side.
“There has been no signal from Ronaldo. Especially the rumors that there should be a transfer and there is no sign from Juventus in this regard,” said Cherubini as quoted by Football Italia.
“Last season he scored 36 goals in 44 games, numbers don’t always say everything but hide a lot of truth, we are happy that Ronaldo will join the team as soon as he finishes his holiday.”
There is also Manchester United, who had been linked with Ronaldo. MU is a club that made a big name in the world before moving to Real Madrid.
Paris Saint-Germain is said to be very interested in Ronaldo. The French club was even able to fulfill everything that was proposed by Ronaldo.
