Economist indef Enny Sri Hartati passed away on Thursday (1/7) night.
The news was conveyed by his fellow Indef economist Eko Listiyanto to CNNINdonesia.com.
“That’s right, died 5 minutes ago around 7:45 pm,” he said.
Eko said Enny died from Covid-19 which had infected him about a week ago.
Before he died, Enny’s condition, who had had difficulty getting to the hospital, had actually improved.
“Yesterday it got better. His oxygen saturation which had dropped to 70 rose again to 92. But this morning around 4.30 he drop, “he said.
