Hembla has acquired a rental property with 35 apartments in central Norrköping. The acquisition means that Hembla now owns a total of 2,338 apartments in the city.

Tango was an advisor to the seller who is a local private property owner.
– It is a smaller but very attractive complement to our existing portfolio in Norrköping. As a company, we want to grow and we are constantly interested in making new acquisitions, large and small. – It is of course a big decision to sell a property you have owned for many years.
