“The implications for our understanding of the atmospheric and magnetospheric knowledge of Mars are enormous, supporting the theory that solar storms and their associated dispersion of solar particles are not necessary to trigger the northern lights on Mars,” said Hessa Al Matroushi, scientific leader of the mission. .
