Big sea blow on the Croisette
A strong gale swept through the beaches of Cannes on Tuesday, November 8. Waves reached 5 meters high and gusts 100 km / h. The restaurateurs installed in front of the Palais des Festivals formed dikes with sandbags while a few surfers braved a raging sea. Raymond Chapelard, from France 2 Cannes, was there.
