7-year-old child dies after being thrown 27 times during judo

Yesterday the boy’s parents decided to stop the ventilator, after which he died.

Headache and vomiting

The coach let other children practice with the boy, while the boy had hardly any experience with judo. He also used the boy to demonstrate himself ways in which you can throw someone on the ground. The boy complained of a headache and threw up, but the coach kept going. He didn’t stop until the boy was unconscious.

The coach has been charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm and inciting children to commit a crime. According to a statement from the Taiwanese prosecutor’s office, he was angry because the boy had called him “a big idiot.”
