TANJUNGPINANG, TRIBUNBATAM.id – Active case covid-19 in Tanjungpinang continues to increase.
This condition is exacerbated by the status Tanjungpinang Covid-19 Red Zone.
Of the 928 active cases collected by the Covid-19 Task Force from the Tanjungpinang Population Control and Family Planning Health Office as of June 29, 2021, there are 660 patients who are undergoing independent isolation.
Meanwhile, 183 patients are undergoing quarantine at the Lohass Hotel.
Only 85 patients were treated at the Covid Handling referral hospital.
There are total positive cases Corona virus in Tanjungpinang now totals 4,744.
Of that number, 3,702 patients recovered from the corona virus.
While 114 patients died of covid-19.
Tanjungpinang Mayor Rahma said that later the Tanjungpinang Population Control and Family Planning Health Service would carry out tracing on a number of people who were in close contact with patients and other places of activity.
“If you meet the criteria for close contact, then proceed with taking a nose and throat swab,” said Rahma in a statement received by TribunBatam.id, Wednesday (30/6/2021).
