The Marechaussee received a report on Sunday that a child had become unwell in a car in the parking lot. When they arrived at the parking lot, they saw that there were even three children locked in the car, while it was 29 degrees outside.

“The children could not get out of the car independently and one of the children did not respond to being addressed,” the Marechaussee writes. Eventually a window was smashed on the passenger side to free the children.
Warning
On Instagram, the military police announced that the children are now doing well and concludes with a warning: “Please watch out for young children and/or pets in the car with warm temperatures!”
