A total of 1,762,786 shares of the company will be delisted.

The company’s net turnover in 3 months of 2021 reached 39.6 thousand euros, but the profit – 3934 euros.

The main activity of JSC “Rīgas autoelektroaparātu rūpnīca” is renting and managing one’s own real estate. In previous years, the factory produced electrical distribution and control apparatus. At present, the company has completely stopped production, but is still selling the products in stock.

Negotiations are ongoing with potential tenants, looking for an opportunity to lease as much space as possible to one tenant, the company explains.
