During the attack, a helicopter flew through the Katatumbo region to the city of Cucuta. It housed Duke, as well as other officials such as Defense Minister Diego Molano, Interior Minister Daniel Palasios and North Santander State Governor Silvano Serrano.
The published video shows that the bullets hit the helicopter’s propeller, tail and body itself.
