This weekend, the vaccination center at the Heysel in Brussels offers people the opportunity to be vaccinated without an appointment, between 9 am and 3 pm. The Joint Community Commission (GGC) announced this on Friday evening.

“All Brussels residents aged 16 and older can be vaccinated this weekend at the Heysel vaccination center with or without an appointment,” according to the GGC, which recommends making an appointment in advance to avoid queues and to be sure of a vaccine. The appointment can be made via the website www.bru-vax.brussels.
Brussels residents aged 16 or 17 will receive the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine and the second dose will be given next month. Those 18 years or older can choose between the Johnson & Johnson vaccine (a shot) or Pfizer. People who choose J&J must explicitly indicate that they give permission for that vaccine.
