Bilzen –
An ex-employee of the fruit and vegetable store Het Hofke in Bilzen on Friday evening, under the influence of amphetamines, came to claim his overdue wages by force. He and his four accomplices threatened the manager and staff with a hammer and knife and made off with money. The police were soon able to apprehend the perpetrators in Diepenbeek.
