12th anniversary of death: fans remember Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson was pronounced dead twelve years ago today and died at the age of 50.

Michael Jackson was one of the most successful musicians of our time and was pronounced dead on June 25, 2009 at 2:26 pm local time at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. The King of Pop died after acute poisoning from the anesthetic propofol, which was administered to him by his personal physician Conrad Murray. He was given four years imprisonment in 2010 and released halfway through for “good conduct and overcrowded prisons”.
