The Foreign Minister also stressed that Russia must return the occupied territories to the countries to which they belong. “And then we can discuss how to restore and improve relations,” she added.
In her opinion, there is “enough dialogue” between the European Union and Russia. “There is a dialogue, there are contacts. However, the question is what steps the Russian Federation is taking in observing international law and respecting human rights. These are the places where we must first see changes, before resuming a high-level dialogue with Russia,” the diplomat said.
