VIVA – Secretary of the Security Council Russia, Nikolai Platonovich Patrushev has just made a statement that caused quite a stir in the world at the IX Moscow Conference.
Nikolai Platonovich Patrushev’s statement was not kidding, he said that currently there are signs that pathogens or dangerous parasitic microorganisms are being tried to be used to disrupt world security.
According to Nikolai Platonovich Patrushev, the main goal of those who try to use this dangerous pathogen is to seek political gain and military. And this condition is far more dangerous than expected, because this experiment is a process of awakening from biological weapons which endangers mankind on earth.
