SAMARINDA.NIAGA.ASIA – The Samarinda City Health Office has scheduled a simultaneous mass Covid-19 vaccination on Saturday (26/6) in three different places. There are 3,300 vaccine doses available at the time of implementation later.
Reported by the Samarinda Health Office, the three places for mass vaccination were first at the Budhiest Center with 1,500 doses of vaccine and at the Vihara Eka Dharma Manggala Foundation with 1,000 doses of vaccine.
“Also in MSMEs assisted by the Kadin of East Kalimantan Province as many as 800 doses of vaccine,” said the Head of Disease Prevention and Control (P2P) of the Samarinda Health Office, Osa Rafshodia, quoted Asian Trade from a written statement, Thursday (24/6).
Osa explained that the Samarinda Health Office had ensured the availability of 100 percent vaccine. Thousands of doses of the vaccine itself are in the Samarinda City Pharmacy Warehouse.
“Today, Thursday, June 24, it will begin to be distributed to all Puskesmas and implementing health facilities,” said Osa.
He explained, related to the mass vaccination activity, the Health Service and the Samarinda Police have prepared 22 vaccinator teams from 10 Puskesmas, 1 Samarinda Police Clinic, and 1 Samarinda City Health Lab.
“All registrants who received vaccines in the implementation of this vaccination, have received a total of 3,300 people who have been recorded at each implementation site. And starting today, it will be inputted into the PCARE VACcination system, making it easier during implementation,” said Osa.
This mass vaccination activity involves all components of the Forkopimda of Samarinda City who are members of the Covid-19 Task Force.
