Hasan Kahraman stood in front of the camera: the case of “Abandoned” is complicated

A Blue Box Game Studios game within days will receive a PlayStation 5app, but in the meantime, you need to calm your spirits.

Last week, we summarized quite thoroughly the oddities that can be perceived around BLUE BOX Game Studios (now described once stylized as they call themselves…). There are several signs that some connection is possible Kojima Hideówith or Silent Hillel. But now we’re not going to talk about that, it’s about how Hasan Kahraman broke the silence, as he didn’t really want to stand in front of the camera so far. Now, however, he has done it, and in a preface we would say that the poor seem quite worn out.

In this, Kahraman introduces himself and says he quickly wanted to make a video to show himself and that he was really a real person. He added that “not very” (which means the opposite in a Dutch phrase: not really) is related to Hideo Kojima. He is not an actor and does not work at Silent Hill.

He just wanted to show us his face that we could really talk about a real, existing person. He then added that he plans to do a full Q&A soon to talk more about “Abandoned” (codename, so the use of quotation marks is no accident) and Blue Box Game Studios.

But we would still be a little suspicious. In 2013, this happened:

This is where Joakim Mogrent was interviewed by Geoff Keighley. At the time, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (though, the name MGSV was hidden in the logo) was still running smoothly as The Phantom Pain, and here a fictional person from a fictional studio was standing in front of the camera. The example of Moby Dick Studio was later followed by 7780s Studio with PT (and 7780 was a zip code in a Japanese region that players nicknamed Silent Hill and S made Silent Hills…).

So after that, we really need to ask the question: why does a theoretically indie game (which could be released on a PC later) get so much publicity that it will even get a separate app on the PlayStation 5 on the 25th? This is what someone is doing to us…
