25 Edomex municipalities will begin vaccination of 40-year-olds

The government of the State of Mexico reported that from June 25 to 30 it will apply first doses of COVID vaccines to people 40 to 49 years of age and pregnant women of legal age in 25 more municipalities.

As part of the Joint Vaccination Strategy, as of this Friday, people will be able to attend from 09:00 to 17:00 hours, if they reside in the municipalities of Amecameca, Chalco, Valle de Chalco, Ixtapaluca, Tlalmanalco, Atlautla, Ayapango, Ecatzingo, Juchitepec, Ozumba and Temamatla.

They will also be vaccinated in Tenango del Aire, Tepetlixpa, Almoloya de Alquisiras, Coatepec, Harinas, Sultepec, Tenancingo, Texcaltitlán, Tonatico, Villa Guerrero, Ocuilan, Zacualpan, Malinalco, Ixtapan de la Sal and Zumpahuacán.

In order to receive the COVID vaccine, people must previously register on the portal https://mivacuna.salud.gob.mx and have the generated format printed, as well as an official identification, CURP and proof of original address in the name of who he is vaccinated to confirm his residence in the municipality.

Authorities recommended that all people fill out the form with the requested information, with the exception of the type of vaccine, the batch number and the date on which it will come, this will facilitate access to the sites and speed up the vaccination process.
